“Stagepop” began with a simple idea: to create a piece that felt both lively and laid-back, perfect for moments of discovery. The groovy acoustic guitar and the dreamy Rhodes chords came together first, forming the heart of this track. I aimed for a sound that could enhance visuals without being intrusive.
Like much of my work, “Stagepop” explores the meeting point of organic and electronic sounds. Therefore, you’ll hear synthesizers alongside the guitars and drums. The medium tempo and the key of Db major give the track a reflective, yet tender quality. Consequently, I feel it works well for projects needing a touch of thoughtful optimism.
Released under the Creative Commons CC BY-SA license, “Stagepop” is free for you to use and adapt in your creative projects, provided you give attribution. I imagine it fitting well in lifestyle vlogs or as an intro for uplifting podcasts. You can find this track and others on the album Music for Media Productions Vol. 2. I hope its smooth rhythm inspires your work.
